CD23 is a kind of transmembrane glycoprotein expressed in a variety of hematopoietic cells. It is expressed in some mature B-cell lymphoma and Hodgkin's lymphoma R-S cells. Most of CLL / SLL are CD23 positive, while mantle cell lymphoma is usually CD23 negative.
