If a product is damaged from transportation or defective in performance, we are happy to offer a full refund or replacement.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details of the damage and we can provide a replacement.
We guarantee the quality and performance of our products for the entirety of their shelf life. If any product(s) in your order are defective in performance, or you are unsatisfied, please contact us for more assistance. Additional information may be required about the defect and/or experiment and results for verification purposes before approving a refund or replacement.
If a product has been ordered in error, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund. If an order has already been shipped, please contact us within 10 days of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.
