CD7 is a membrane binding glycoprotein, which is the first T cell specific antigen expressed in lymphocytes. CD7 antigen is also the only early marker in the whole differentiation process. CD7 antigen mainly exists in peripheral blood T cells, natural killer cells and thymocytes.
