B cell line specific activator protein (BASP, Pax-5). In the early stage of B cell development, Pax-5 can affect the expression of CD19, CD20 and other B cell specific genes. The protein plays an important role in the development of B cells and neurons. It is mainly expressed in the nucleus of pre-B cells and mature B cells, but not expressed in plasma cells, it is weak expression of R-S cells in Hodgkin's lymphoma and negative expression of T cells and tumors from which they are derived. It is mainly used for the judging of B cells and tumors from which they are derived.
