The Human Microseminoprotein Beta (MSMb) ELISA Kit (RDR-MSMb-Hu) is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for quantitative detection of MSMb in Human samples. This kit uses the Ready to Use ELISA format for colorimetric detection of natural MSMb in samples including serum, plasma, seminal plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The kit is easy to use and comes with a pre-coated microplate and all necessary reagents and buffers.
